Macrotech puts a strong emphasis on customer support.
We
have on-going training and development systems in place to ensure
that its customers get the best possible training. Our training
aim is one of steady progression, we prefer to have shorter and
more regular training to allow our customers to absorb information
more easily and minimise the need for re-training. Our team can
communicate and relate to clients at all levels of technical know-how
and can adjust their approach accordingly.
Training
& Support Solutions
Training
solutions range from one to one through to corporate seminars.
Macrotech
has highly qualified staff to provide one to one training either
on-site or at our premises. We regard this as the most effective
training method, along with providing notes and procedures for later
reference.
Seminars
are a more efficient and cost effective way of educating large groups
of trainees. Macrotech's seminar procedure is similar to that of
our one to one training sessions, except they can be tailor made
for small groups to full multimedia presentations.
Support
staff are also available to help with queries/problems as they arise.
